We work closely with you from concept to assist in finding the most cost effective solution for your office which will satisfy your requirements for space and functionality. Where design is required we have close relationships with designers, certifiers and other professional consultants and will be happy to steer you in the right direction. However if approval is not required and your requirements are clear we are happy to work with minimal documentation to reduce unnecessary costs. We also routinely work nights or weekends to avoid impact on operating offices and can be trusted to minimise the disruption to your business!

Foyer Upgrade – Metal Manufacturers
This project for one of our repeat customers involved the full strip out of their very 70’s lobby to their head office at North Rocks. Once all the old marble was fully stripped the garden beds were concreted, plasterboard reinstated to walls, doors repaired and automated, reflective ceiling vinyled over as white and lobby tiled with large format grey tiles. Joinery and graphics were then installed resulting in a much more functional and modern statement entry and waiting area.

Kids World Lane Cove
This full office fitout consisted of internal partition walls with soundproofing for therapy, kitchenette and reception area. The therapy rooms were fitted out with hanging frames secured to the concrete soffit above the drop ceiling to allow climbing and active therapy. Poor building access meant that all materials were brought in on weekends and most via the stairs.
