Retail construction has its own unique challenges. Working within the confines of a shopping center is very involved due to the need to minimise impact on surrounding tenancies and shop customers. Dust and noise are always serious considerations as is materials movement. We often work weekends and nights and the team is well versed in shopping center works having completed more than 50 projects directly for Mirvac Retail over the past six years.
We also have a full externally audited safety and management system in accordance with ISO45001 and ISO14001.
