Services Offered
Defits and make goods have to be done quickly on a fixed time frame and MUST meet the standards required of the landlord. We have extensive experience in this area and will often work nights and weekends to ensure you can continue to trade or use your office until the very last day. We will work with you and the landlord confirming finishes and standards required prior to the works commencing to ensure we do what is required but don’t do more than is needed.
Whether it’s a full strip out and floor grind of a restaurant or a quick repaint of an office we have you covered!

Doody Street – Alexandria
This massive make good involved stripping out a very high tenancy that had been partially fitted out by a tenant who disappeared. Garbage and joinery was removed by crane and lift and base build was reinstated including external wall insulation and fire check. The shell was then painted and temporary lights installed ready to be leased to a new tenant.

Healthy Bites Restaurant Defit – Rhodes Waterside Shopping Centre – Mirvac
This was a full food tenancy defit back to base shell including cool room, commercial kitchen, tiled floor and bedding and front of house. All works were conducted at night after hours being mindful of the operating cinema close by which limited the noisy works hours further.

Chippendale Warehouse Make Good
This warehouse was defitted and upgraded including new plasterboard ceiling and walls, polished concrete floors and LED high bay lighting. This vastly improved the rental prospects and tennant type changing it from typical warehousing to being suitable for sales showroom, professional users or even a gym!
