When we find a cost effective re-use or rectification solution it’s a win for the client, win for the environment and win for us!
Our approach
We love to get involved in projects early. It’s early on when we can provide the most value in assisting you with selecting the correct structural materials to build out of and come up with the most economical way to solve your problems without inefficient overengineering. Often this can have a huge cost impact later on. This buildability advice is all free and you are under no obligation to use us for the project, we just want to see jobs done correctly!
Although we don’t do design we can put you in contact with a network of professional consultants who can manage the full design process and we will happily provide input where required along the way.
When your project is underway you can expect personal service and great communication along the way. We are happy for clients to be as involved, or uninvolved as they want and we always try to put forward all the options and recommendations to allow you to pick what is right for you.
Our trade team is polite and professional and we understand that you are not builders. We are always happy to explain what we are doing and why!

Using a LOT of needle beams and props we removed the ground floor rear of this town house while supporting the upper floor on new structural steel and new foundations. This allowed a open floor plan and extension into the rear garden.
